I love the directness of using pastel.
I draw my influence from both of my parents who were painters in the 60's. My father was a watercolor painter in San Francisco, CA. My mother was a painter in Taos, NM.
My art is influenced by the peace, strength and beauty of my environment. I create with the intention of creating an image that will invite the viewer into contemplation and the quietness within.

"River" was selected as one of this year's winners. The banner will hang in an area of downtown Taos. The banner is located in Taos on Paseo Del Pueblo Norte, next to Cid's Market.
